Brian Scott, Principal
Brian Scott has always loved building. After finishing a degree in Civil Engineering at UMass Amherst, he took a job with a large general contractor in Boston, MA and worked on many challenging large-scale projects in the heart of the city. Brian then went to pursue his passion to help rebuild Haiti. Brian stayed there for 3 years, building a 300,000 SF new Hospital, a Maternal Health Center and a Rehabilitation Center. After his time in Haiti, Brian moved to Phoenix, AZ and started Brisco Builders and established his reputation for excellence. Leveraging his talent for managing people and creating excellent results, Brian established Bespoke Project Management in 2022. Brian is known for his confident, friendly, and knowledgeable leadership qualities.
Stacey Brosseau, LEED AP, Principal
Stacey Brosseau is the co-leader of Bespoke Project Management alongside its founder, Brian Scott, supporting the firm's excellence and growth. With over three decades of experience, Stacey exemplifies a “project first” mindset, ensuring the highest quality management of complex, technical projects across various sizes, markets, and disciplines. Executive leaders value Stacey's integrity, her diligent and focused approach, and her extensive knowledge in planning, design, construction, regulatory, and process improvement.

Thomas "TJ" Fanning, P.E., Senior Project Manager
Thomas Fanning brings more than 15 years of experience delivering complex capital and renewal projects for higher education and institutional clients. As a Senior Project Manager at Bespoke Project Management, he supports active projects by leading coordination across consultants, contractors, and client teams. TJ has managed portfolios totaling approximately $100M , including academic, research, and administrative facilities including MIT and Harvard Medical School. As a licensed Professional Engineer, he brings strong technical judgment and a rigorous approach to contracts, risk, and constructability. He is known for steady leadership, sound decision-making, and driving projects forward with confidence and accountability.
Jennifer Koffel, MCPPO, Project Specialist
Jennifer Koffel brings over 20 years of experience supporting design and construction projects across academic, nonprofit, and institutional environments. As a Project Specialist at Bespoke Project Management, she supports owner’s project management efforts through planning, coordination, and construction phases. Her experience spans large-scale capital projects as well as renovation and new construction work, giving her a broad, practical understanding of project delivery. With a foundation in engineering and design, Jennifer brings strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to every phase of a project. She is valued for her ability to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to complex teams and workflows.
Michael Norton, Project Manager
Michael Norton brings 25 years of experience in the Boston healthcare sector. As a Project Manager at Bespoke Project Management, he supports complex clinical, research, and infrastructure environments. He began his career at Boston Children’s Hospital, where he spent 14 years in a variety of roles within environmental health, safety, and regulatory compliance, including serving as a Research Safety Officer, Clinical Liaison for Environmental Care, and an Infrastructure and Construction Safety and Life Safety Specialist. During his tenure at Boston Children’s Hospital, Michael earned his Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. Michael is known for his approachable demeanor, ability to build strong client relationships, and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Liam Walsh, Assistant Project Manager
Liam Walsh brings a background in business development, client relations, and team leadership to Bespoke Project Management. Prior to joining Bespoke, Liam worked in sales and business development roles, building relationships with clients, managing strategic outreach efforts, and supporting business growth initiatives. His experience also includes leading teams and coordinating projects in the landscaping industry, where he developed strong communication and organizational skills. At Bespoke, Liam supports project teams through coordination, client engagement, and day-to-day project administration. He is known for his strong work ethic, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Liam is dedicated to supporting successful outcomes for clients and project teams alike.
Marissa Bonito, Operations Manager
Marissa Bonito brings more than 10 years of experience in office administration, operations, and client support across the construction and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Bespoke Project Management, she served as Office Manager for a Massachusetts-based construction company, supporting payroll, accounting, contract administration, and project coordination. Marissa's diverse professional background has provided her with a strong foundation in organization, communication, and process management. At Bespoke, she supports daily operations and project teams to help ensure efficient and successful project delivery. She is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and collaborative approach. Marissa is committed to providing exceptional support to both clients and colleagues.
